Located in the city centre, Holiday Inn Aktau offers free WiFi available in all areas. The hotel is sutuated next to Shevchenko Alley, which is a direct access to the Sea of Caspian. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. Tanzilya at the reception told us thouroughly about all the details of the stay. We were provided with additional water in our room free of charge, and also they took our things for storage while we went to Bozjyra. I really liked the hotel and staff and consider it for next visits to Aktau.

We got daily cleaning and the facilities inside the room were super modern and really clean. I would definitely recommend- we had a lovely stay!

Very nice staff, girls at reception Asel and Gulnaz were helpful and also super nice!!! Explained me everything I needed and helped me with my bar order😀 Room was clean and good looking, the sea view was quite spectacular! Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from, restaurant employees were very friendly! Can’t wait to come back in summer
