The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were so friendly and kind (they don’t really speak English but not an issue if you are just checking in, or can speak some Korean or have a translation app).

Stadard double was good. Family room was big and spacious. We enjoyed the bath tubs in both rooms. Rooms were clean. Breakfast were very good, yummy. Staffs were all friendly and really helpful. Helped us book taxis and adviced all the possible transportation back to seoul. Location was also great, near the city hall. We liked our stay!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel also had a decent gym. Cherry on the top was the staff they were really friendly and helpful especially Ms Alice who always greeted and called me by my last name whenever i walked past the front desk!

I am deeply grateful for his help and extend my sincere thanks for his exemplary service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brown Dot Hotel Jinju to anyone visiting Jinju. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.
