The staff were so friendly and kind (they don’t really speak English but not an issue if you are just checking in, or can speak some Korean or have a translation app).

Helped us book taxis and adviced all the possible transportation back to seoul. Location was also great, near the city hall. We liked our stay!

I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.
