The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

The host speaks good English and explained clearly about everything in the house. The room was clean and tidy, and the futon was very comfortable. I would recommend others to stay here.

All the facilities are provided ... even Alexa (amazon) bed and pillow was comfy , it had washing machine but no dryer but it is not a problem because it has a heater in the room which clothes can dry easily , house also had a clothes rack . Breakfast ingredients were provided by the house owner ( bread , ham , eggs , vegies and rice ) all kitchen equipment were there. Owner was very nice and kind.
