Okinawa tiene muchos lugares bonitos y es excelente para bucear. Pero conviene alquilar auto y se precisa registro internacional. El transporte público es poco y caro.

Es una ciudad tremendamente silenciosa, excepto por la calle Kokusai. Sólo hay una playa y tiene una autopista que arruina totalmente el paisaje. La verdad es gracioso ver eso! A mi me gustó alojarme ahi e ir a otras playas desde ese punto. Pero si lo que quieren es vida de playa les recomiendo que se alojen en algún hotel del norte de Okinawa o en alguna de las islas. No dejen de visitar Emerald beach y el acuario!

Una opción ideal como base para moverte por esta parte de Okinawa. Las habitaciones son prácticas, las camas cómodas y el hotel en sí cuenta buenos servicios (desayuno, zona de baño etc.) Alrededor del hotel hay tiendas, varias opciones para comer/cenar y bastante sitio para aparcar. Lo recomiendo 100% si vienes con tu propio transporte, ya que tienen parking propio.

This is one of my favourite places to stay in all my worldwide travels. Apart from Aka island being the cutest and calmest island with the best snorkeling, this hotel always makes the trip. The owners of this property are so nice and always willing to help you with anything. The rooms have everything you need and the bathrooms are always clean. There is a communal kitchen with a kettle, fridge and microwave you can use if you don’t feel like eating out. The outdoor space is the absolute highlight though. It has tables and chairs and two outdoor bathtubs, perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. They also rent out snorkeling gear and push bikes to make your stay incredibly easy. They gave us a map of all the beaches with local knowledge on the best snorkeling too. I first stayed here by myself and made sure I brought friends with me the next trip. They all said out of all the places we stayed on the trip that this was their favourite. Thank you for such a wonderful stay again, I will definitely be back.

The view from our room was fantastic!! Being so close to the ocean and experiencing the best sights of Okinawa was just wonderful. The staff was super helpful, the buffet for breakfast / lunch / dinner totally worth it, and the room was wonderful. Having the spa so close was also a bonus, the massage, the private onsen (very hot and quite fantastic for our skin!) was a great experience because we could fully relax. It was a perfect place to really take in the view and just relax for real!!

The view is beautiful, looking out to the ocean, you can also see planes landing as it overlooks Naha airport. With the outdoor private hot spring, it certainly did take away my tiredness of travelling. Breakfast is next level, it is one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had in my life. Staff is amazing, polite and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Parking is another thing that i appreciate, lots of free parking spaces right next to the hotel. Location is great, near lots of great restaurants and shops, with a perfect weather, I can easily spend a whole exploring around the area.
