The owner of the hotel is a very nice and very helpful. I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

Superb service from the staff, especially Ms Yen and Ms Chabani Gopali and the chefs who made us two delicious dinners/breakfast the two nights we were there. Good onsen baths and good fun in the "walking" onsen and outdoor warm pools. Cabin was spacious and very comfortable. A big thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Family room with courtyard and private soup. This is the first time I saw a room that is bigger than the picture. Large living room, medium living room, small room Hot and cold water, knives 2. The private soup is superb, you can stretch your feet straight and the water temperature is moderate. 3. Private yard with maple tree and beautiful plants at the entrance. 4. The air conditioning is very comfortable 5. Boss can pick you up at the station if you let him know. 6. Super friendly owner.

The hotel is well situated in Oita City in close proximity to the train station and covered shopping gallery. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes and were clearly marked with common allergens. The room was spacious and clean. We were lucky enough to be on the 17th floor and had a great view of the bay, mountains, and the city below. Staff were helpful and kind.

The last day, I made a mistake for the resavation to the hotel. I left my luggage in my room and went to work. When I returned to the hotel, I could not enter the room and understood the situation, but the hotel staff smiled and held the room for me and gave me the left luggage. SpaGreeness is a retreat. It is a place where you can totally relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings. My family of 6 stayed in the cottage “Mori” and we were given an attached bedroom with a double bed next to the main living quarters. The cottage is clean and huge and is very comfortable for the 6 of us. There were 2 onsens at the basement of our room. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!
