Conveniently located in the heart of Matsuyama, ANA Crowne Plaza Matsuyama is just a few steps away from the symbolic Matsuyama Castle and the stately Bansuisou Villa. Everything I guess 😁. Staff - They are so accomodating and embodied the omotenashi, excellent japanese customer service. They are all pleasing and friendly. Kudos to the staff who makes me smile when I forgot my room number. Room- Since I choose single ocupancy, the room space was just enough and I can still move around and drink coffee on the mini table. Bed - I think they have a memory cushion and pillow. I had a quality and undisturb sleep. I sleep like a baby. Bathroom - They a lot of stuff for toiletries and I like the ofuro. Squeky clean and you feel too comfy. Best part, they have option for great sleep. A kit compose of bathroom soak powder, sleeping masked, Tea packs. All are aid for sleeping. I truly value this because I had sleeping problems.
