The location is wonderful, in the middle of the forest in a wild environment where the silence is king. The staff was very professional and gentle, and above all SMILING. The kitchen was very good and the buffet was entirely worth it. The structure is modern but well integrated in the magic athmosphere of Nyuto Onsen and our experience was authentic and breathtaking. The passport which allows you to travel around the Onsens is just WOW. Absolutely to reccommend. We stayed here one night from the 20 to the 21 of November. Michele from Italy
