All new carpets, wall decor, doors, bathrooms, every attention to detail was made. Michael, the bar/inn manager was so friendly and welcoming. He helped us decide on food for dinner and was very warm. Inn was perfectly located in town, easy walk to shops, coffee, and both the Abbey and Castle, which we were excited to see.

Located just 45 minutes' drive from Sligo Airport, Kilronan Castle Hotel & Spa features an indoor swimming pool.On-site spa and a fine dining restaurant. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. We stayed in a suite, and the room was very big and beautiful. The views from the windows were really nice and included a lake and a forest, even though there were some spiders and webs when you opened them. Everything was very clean inside. There was a very comfortable canopy bed, two tables, a sofa and a toilet. There were also blankets and towels, everything worked properly, there was no noise and it was a very calm place. There is a parking place. The breakfast is fantastic, very complete. The surroundings are really nice, we would recommend to have a walk.

Set within calm surroundings of lawns and gardens close to Roscommon Town Centre, this charming 18th-century manor house has a leisure centre, award-winning restaurant and free parking. Very friendly staff. Great spa-location, especially the sauna was very relaxing. Cute location with castlelike structures made us feel like being in a fairytale.

Situated on the verge of Roscommon Town, this family-run hotel offers spacious, quality accommodation, free high-speed Wi-Fi and first class food. The food was incredible. You could tell they source from farmers that are local. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and charming. I got a new sport to get lost into. The room was gorgeous, it felt spacious, the room was clean and the staff kept it in top shape. O never had a want of towels, or anything. They were lovely.

The room and house is gorgeous, but I stood out by the lake for an hour or more just looking at the scenery. There is also a nearby glen with a creek running to the lake.
