Shad and Filipe are great, super friendly and always make sure you are happy. Would definitely recommend this place. A bonus is my dorm bed was super comfy. What a delight to wake up every morning and see that gorgeous sunrise from the bedroom window! The dorms even have a large terrace with table, seating, hammock and plug point from which to work or hang out with a book. There's even space enough to do yoga. The place also has 2 adorable and friendly cats.
