Although I was not there much during the days because of tours and stuff, the evenings were nice. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful and cooked delicious food. The shower is an experience in itself.

We loved the coffee on the patio every morning and the staff was outstanding! We hired Luis for guiding us in Tikal and he was a superb birder! My husband is a birder and he was the perfect match for us! We hired him to guide us on 2 additional trips while we were there. So glad the hotel connected us with him. Thanks so much!

We didn’t have internet, stuck on a bus for 12hrs, arrived much later than we’re told. The town shuts down at 9pm, which we were not advised of previously. The owner was so helpful and understanding of us arriving late. He helped us organise a bus to visit Tikal for the next day. Our room was an excellent location and beautiful views. The room was very clean. Owner speaks very good English and is happily to help sort out any activities or provide advice on where to eat in the area.

The people working in the hotel are very kind and nice. The food it is delitious!
