We stopped overnight between vacation legs and it was the perfect decompression zone. The room was large and very well-styled. The swimming pool and decking area is beautiful, with outstanding views of the volcanoes across the country. Well laid out, plenty of sunbathing and shaded space and extremely well-maintained. We enjoyed several hours up there and only saw one other. Location linked to a mall with everything you could need at your doorstep. Excellent customer service and super-friendly staff. Can arrange anything for you including airport shuttle and shuttle to restaurants.

Offering a restaurant, Best Western Plus Hotel Stofella is located in Guatemala. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV and air conditioning. This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.
