The best hotel in Kazbegi, if not in Georgia (and we stayed in many). The rooms are big, clean and extra comfortable. The views are fantastic, no matter the room you book. Excellent restaurant on the spot. Fabulous SPA and heated (like really heated) pool and amazing breakfast with great quality food. But most importantly, a fantastic staff, especially Kamil at the reception, who helped us in difficult times. Thank you to all the Step Inn team for your kindness, we will be back for sure. ❤️❤️❤️

Nice hotel for rest down and take mountain view All staff have good service and helpful with everything. Outside the hotel so cold but when i walk into hotel, it’s make me feel definitely warm. The hotel is very close to a nearby lift, so you can easily reach to Old Gudauri where you might find stores and bars etc.

I loved my stay is this beautiful cozy space. I felt very homely and safe there as i was a solo traveller. I would recommend everybody to stay here. I am listing out few of the many things i loved. 1) First and most important. The host is lovely. She was there to help me throughout with her welcoming and loving smile. 2) the room is super clean with chic and cozy interior. 3) food - i have no words to describe how perfect it was. I even packed some food on my way back. 4) location is right next to church. You can visit all tourist attractions walking. Overall, the best stay in Georgia… if i visit Georgia again i will rebook this place 100%
