A really truly amazing experience in Skye. I highly recommend this place. Beautiful warm room, great bathroom, amazing view and a very cosy living room with the fireplace that you can enjoy your drinks. The team is also wonderful. Great breakfast and a nice restaurant to dine in.

The view from our bedroom (seaside), the diner was great as was the breakfast. I particularly liked the refurbished and modernized bathroom. There are nice rooms to sit and a bar that was good.

Borgie Lodge Hotel offers a Highland setting situated between Bettyhill and Tongue within the Borgie River Glen. This hotel is set within its own gardens. EVERYTHING! The staff, decorating/style, warm welcome and warm rooms. Fireplaces. FOOD! The grounds. I arrived with an injured foot and was met with concern and given a ground floor room. Could not fault this place and it’s my favourite place so far. We will be back!

Difficult to explain why we loved everything, as much it's personal, and as much Lochaline hotel is more than other places, a protected meeting place. Meeting with an atmosphere... Meeting with a view that suspends time... Meeting with a cozy+ place... Meeting with calm... And meeting with other people, other guests... thanks to the so easy atmosphere, naturally generated by Shaley and Peter, the incredibly nice owners of the Lochaline Hotel. So yes, it can only be a personal feeling, but my advise is: Do not hesitate... Just go.

We were met by Des who helped us store our cycles and both Des and Sinaid could not have been more helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience.
