Proprietor was super-friendly. Room was modern and spotlessly clean but also comfortable and quiet. We ate both dinner and breakfast at The Artisan restaurant downstairs in same building as our room. Absolutely delicious modern take on both Irish and eclectic dishes. Great bakery across the street. Easy street parking.

On the outskirts of the vibrant city of Newry, Mourne Country Hotel offers high-quality accommodation, with a restaurant, bar. En suite rooms are complemented by free on-site parking. Staff are lovely, even the cleaners in the morning are super kind. Breakfast also was great with staff being so kind, I would go back again , I got away for few days to clear my head and spend time with my daughter and I feel it was a great experience
