The staff were amazing and attentive with their service. The breakfast was really good. The spa was great as it wasn’t busy had the opportunity to properly chill.

All staff were fabulous as were our dinners and breakfast. Thank you to everyone there! we were delayed getting there and phoned. Their chef still made us yummy interesting meals from the menu board and we ate around 9:30. Meals were balanced and tiptop!

Vi hadde ingen favorittsteder, men området ved kirkeplassen...
Vi hadde ingen favorittsteder, men området ved kirkeplassen var både best og dyrest. Den lille Tea Room-kafeen der hadde god og rimelig mat, veldig koselig.. Ellers spiste vi på noen bra puber og på et par italienske. Hvis man blir kjent med buss-systemet, er det veldig lett å ta seg rundt! Der kunne hotellene hatt et bedre kart inkludert bussruter. Vi bodde i hotell nr. to like ved buss-stasjonen og var heldige sånn. Det var mye å ta seg til. De dagene vi ikke var i byen var vi på tur med buss og og tog. Buss opp Devon-Valley til et nydelig sted med et par spisesteder, Vi valgte et sted med en gammel mølle. Tog til Torquay, altfor mye folk, men gøy å kjøre pariserhjul! Togturen var veldig fin. Samme togturen til Newton Abbot, skjøenn iten by, og med buss videre til the moors, utrolig frodig og vakkert. Passer best lørdager, se etter brosjyre. Vi var også på båttur på elven Exe, ned til en kro ved en sluse. Ikke så langt, men koselig i vakkert vær. Vel tilbake spiste vi i en koselig kro, men da vi skulle opp til byen igjen var siste buss gått! Burde ringt etter taxi, men gikk i stedet bena av oss... Vi tok også et lite tog på nordsiden av elven til byen Exmouth ved sjøen. Kan anbefales!! Stor strand og fin, liten by! Byens sentral-stasjon er mest tilgjengelig og det går busser dit. Langdistansetogene stopper ved en annen stasjon. For de som vil handle, er det mange kjøpesentere, et stort Boots og ditto Marks og Spencer - og et par bra bokhandlere - på engelsk selvfølgelig. Alt i noe lange High Street hvor bussene gikk hele tiden.
