We only stayed for two nights but wish we would have booked longer. We have never felt so welcomed anywhere we've stayed before. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were happy, well-fed and were enjoying our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, beds were comfortable, and the food was great. The building itself was stunning and the court area with the on-site restaurant was ideal. Prices were incredibly reasonable for food and drink, too. It was the perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by and watch the boats on the Nile in a peaceful but vibrant area. The pick up and drop off service was on time and meticulously managed, with clear signage and prices that were more than reasonable. Going into Aswan, the hotel manager, Mahmoud, arranged a boat for us to cross the Nile rather than take a car which was incredible! The hotel is in the market area, so we had a great stroll through the streets on our full day there and chatted to lots of people. It was a safe, welcoming and peaceful paradise - thank you! We will be back...but for longer next time :)

Our stay was fantastic, starting by the kindness of all the employees! Tamer and Mimi were fantastic and very warm welcoming they made us feel that we were at home! They helped us get a taxi to Luxor when we had an issue with our transportation! The food is amazing, big portions and home made, and everyday on the breakfast you have different traditional plates. The location is good near to the market and the boats stop. They really have a nice roof top where you can enjoy the view to the Nile. The rooms have a lot of space and they are clean ! Nubian people are amazing and definitely we will be back to this place one day !

My mother has fled the war in Sudan with a bus , when she arrived to Aswan everyone was very helpful We booked this hotel for her to rest from the tiredness that she felt then continue the journey to Cairo She felt very welcomed and she said that the staff was very friendly and nice and supported her on her stay there. They even suggested to book her train tickets to Cairo. And they made sure that she arrived safely to Cairo :) Thank you so much ( and sorry for the misunderstanding that happened) . please ask for Sarah the manager every time you go there , she is very nice and helpful.
