Best hotel we stayed at on Galapagos! Totally renovated during 2022, nice, beautiful, relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely owner. Breakfast was great. Great attention to details such as towels that we could bring to the beach, free snacks, refillable water bottle etc.

Located on the Galapagos Islands, Galapagos Bed & Breakfast house is in Puerto Ayora. It is a 5-minute walk from the waterfront and offers rooms with a private balcony and hammock. This is a lovely place with the best host. Extremely helpul and nice. Taxis, tours, tips help when my husband was unwell. Plus an amazing breakfast. Always went out of their way to help us. Its also in the quiet part of town but close to everything. We stayed there twice.

Set in Puerto Ayora, Torre Mar Galapagos features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen that we did not use because we were out all day. We were able to enjoy a cup of tea in the evening at the beautiful terrace by the apartment. The beds were super comfortable and there was a daily room service. It is well located about 8 min walk from the center of Puerto Ayora. The internet service was good, we just used it to answer e-mails and to navigate the internet for information about the islands. The owners of Torre Mar, John and Donna, were extremely kind and super helpful. American Airlines lost our luggage and they helped us to bring them from Baltra airport to Puerto Ayora so that we did not have to change our vacation plans. John also helped us to organize different tours that were excellent. When we left to take a 7 am ferry to Isabella Island, John and Donna prepared for us a goodie bag with crackers, cookies, and juice boxes. It was very sweet. We really enjoyed our stage at Torre Mar. Thank you John and Donna!!

We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

Semilla Verde Boutique Hotel gives its guests the real traditional guesthouse experience on Santa Cruz Island. It is located only a 12-minute drive from Puerto Ayora. Staff is great - thank you Shania and Brenda. Awesome support to assist with short notice

Set in Puerto Ayora, less than 1 km from Los Alemanes Beach, Hotel Crossman features concierge services and free WiFi. Okay, so, I didn't actually end up staying in a room here—I had booked it in case I wasn't able to get to a different island that day, but I was able to get to the other island, so I was a no-show. But my interaction with the hotel staff and owner (I think) several days later when I stopped by to pay for my uncancelled room were so pleasant that I want to give them a rating. I had just arrived in town with my heavy bag, and one of the staff members graciously let me stow the bag in their locked office while I trekked to Tortuga Bay—Hotel Crossman is close to the entrance to the trail as well as the pier. I was hot and dehydrated when I returned, and the owner let me sit and drink my Gatorade in the hotel's lovely shaded common area and then gave me a ride all the way across town for only $1! So much hospitality and I wasn't even technically a guest. I hope I get the chance to stay at Hotel Crossman in the future.
