We were traveling with our one-year-old baby and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to us. By the end of our stay every staff member knew our baby's name and would share big smiles and games with him - it was so nice. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff went out of there way to be friendly. Thank you in particular to Noel, Juan Carlos, Angelo, Angie, Marley, and Brandon at Parallel Surf - GEMS! We stayed in a beach bungalow and I would recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach and have a little more privacy.

The facilities, the room with the seaview and especially very good quality of the water in the swimming pool, it is crystal clear and fresh. The hotel is proud of its 99% clean water and you can feel it! The coast of Cabarete is just in front of the hotel. The restaurant with the view serves delicious food and a good breakfast. Staff is helpful and cheerful.
