It was one of our highlights of our whole Cabo Verde adventure.

Casa Marisa is located inside the impressive Caldeira of Fogo. A very special and unique place. The bungalows and patio are lovely. Mustafa is very helpful and may organise guides for hiking tours and Marisa surely is one of the best cooks of the island. We spent a wonderful time and had a lot of fun with a group of portugese people staying there at the same time. Don´t miss watching the stars at night time! Hint: believe Mustafa if he tells you that bungalow #10 has 40°C even at night!

Hotel Savana ofrece alojamiento de 3 estrellas en São Filipe, frente a la playa, y dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza. Staff were excellent, very good at organising taxi guide etc. Pool was great. Good breakfast. Beautiful building and surroundings. Great location. Nice new AC unit.

Edificio Cosec Hotel dispone de piscina al aire libre, salón de uso común, restaurante y bar en Cova Figueira. The staff especially the owner Toni were so helpful in arranging transfers and organising our stay. The room was very nice and the swimming pool was great. The evening we stayed there coincided with an amazing event celebrating Women of Cape Verde with a banquet, disco and excellent live musicians. Toni helped us plan our walking tour to Alcatraz and Faja which was excellent. The hotel's location is good if you are planning hikes in the area (which is cooler than most of the island) such as around Estancia Roque and along the coast. The paths are well marked. Finally Toni made sure we got back to Sao Filipe ok when the normal aluguers werent't running as it was a holiday. I wish them all the lu ck in the world in making the hotel a success.

Txon DFogo Pensão Restaurante, que tiene restaurante, bar y vistas a la montaña, está en São Filipe, a 5 min a pie de Playa de São Filipe. Great location. Walking distance to stores. It can get a little noisy if your room is facing the entrance, but it’s not too crazy.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Sao Filipe. the location is great, next to the beach and in the city center. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast very tasty. But most of all the friendly staff will help you out with anything. we rented a car at the reception, they picked us up at the airport for free and helped us out with our next stay in CV. Will definitely cone back here if I have the opportunity!
