Such a lovely place with a super pool, awesome hot tub and wonderful helpful staff. We loved staying here! It’s near to puerto viejo but slightly out of town so it’s not super noisy. We loved the private bathroom and the cute little pod. Yeah it’s small but there’s enough storage space for it to be ok. There are lots of lovely places to sit and chill out. The barman is especially great - super friendly and helpful and made excellent cocktails. The reception staff were so helpful and kind.

We booked a deluxe king room, which was perfect and surrounded by vegetation for a complete feeling of privacy, with a luxurious outdoor shower and a nice balcony. The staff was super nice and helped us above and beyond in everything we asked for, and more! The breakfast was excellent with rich buffet. It was the perfect honeymoon ending in Costa Rica. We will definitely be back for another visit on our next trip. Bar & Or

Situated in Puerto Viejo, less than 1 km from Negra Beach, Umami Hotel - Adults Only features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. A great place to stay if you want to be in the place of action (Puerto Viejo) but still isolated from the noise and crowds. A small hotel, very well designed around the pool area, with lots of of beatuful greenery, that almost makes you feel like you are in the jungle. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with organizing transportation, tours or anything you might want. Breakfast was great, rooms kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.
