El Hotel Playa Scondida es un lodge ecológico de estilo rústico situado en la isla de Barú, a 1 hora en lancha motora de Cartagena. Es precioso el hotel. Son pocas habitaciones lo cual hace que se concentre todo el personal en atenderte. Queremos volver con algunos amigos y sus hijos para ocupar todo el hotel y disfrutarlo.

NENA BEACH CLUB & HOTEL dispone de piscina al aire libre, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Barú. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to escape the midday heat and crowds on the beach. The food was well prepared. I appreciated that there was always somewhere for hotel guests to sit and relax, even with day time visitors.

Cristal Blue Barú se encuentra en Barú, a 2 min a pie de Playa Blanca, y ofrece servicio de conserjería, habitaciones libres de humo, terraza, wifi gratis y restaurante. Really friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to question (initially planned for a leave at 11am but were allowed to keep our suitcases in the room including the key until our departure at 1:30pm). We really like the Cristal Hamburguesa. Overall a quite placemat the end of Playa Blanca (its located in the north, the more south you go the more touristy it gets). Beautiful sunsets.

Posada donde Uriel Playa tranquila se encuentra en Barú, a pocos pasos de Playa Blanca. El hotel tiene terraza, vistas al mar, restaurante y bar. En el hotel, las habitaciones cuentan con balcón. We stayed two nights at Uriel's newly constructed pool villa "Casa Cafur" in the nearby town in Santa Ana, and spent the days at his Playa Tranquila beach house (quiet part of playa Blanca) Strong winds damaged most of the beach earlier that week so we were unable to spend the night as planned but Uriel saved our vacation with his pool villa, then we got to spend the days anyway at Playa Blanca so it was the best of both worlds. The beach is a quick 6000 peso ride from the villa. Let me tell you, when you enter Casa Cafur you realize you are entering somewhere special. You get that "wow" feeling once you enter the doors. It's a peaceful paradise, and feels totally private. He keeps the pool clean, and the cocktails are delicious! His staff are totally cool and they take care of everything like the richest resort. I proposed to my girlfriend at his beach house (posada donde Uriel) and when we returned to Casa Cafur, Uriel cooked us lobster and shrimp, champagne and we had the whole place to ourselves. Music, hammocks, cocktails and a clean pool. The village of Santa Ana is cool too, we drank and danced with the locals and sharwd way too many dollar beers. I trust Uriel and will always come back! Thank you Uriel for a special 3 days.

Hotel Calamari Baru está en Playa Blanca y ofrece alojamiento con terraza, restaurante y bar frente a la playa, a pocos pasos de Playa Blanca. Con toda sinceridad el mejor lugar de Barú para hospedarse, la comida excelente, se nota que hay calidad de personas y expertas en la cocina, la chef y su equipo, muchas gracias. La atención, excelente. Me siento muy feliz de haber seleccionado el mejor hotel para recibir y celebrar mi cumpleaños en familia frente al mar. Comparto Foto de la frutas como torta de mi cumpleaños preparada por la chef. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo de trabajo del Hotel... Esther, Geider, la Chef Mercé y por supuesto al dueño por este concepto y calidad en la prestación del servicio. Dato muy bonito, las habitaciones tienen el nombre de personas que realmente hacen muy especial la estadía en este hotel. Lo recomiendo siempre, visítenlo.

Está situado en la península de Barú, a 20 minutos en coche de la bahía de Barbacoas.... - paradise just within natural beauty; we liked the mix of a modern and new set up in a natural scene - hotel is pretty new and - honestly - the pictures says it all, but seeing it live is just 10 times better - hotel is located on a private (!) beach, which is SO nice. It gives you 100% Caribbean feeling. Beach is clean and water is nice to swim in - room is big, nice and very clean - very good variety of food (could have more vegetarian options), nice quality - stuff is extremely friendly and helpful - overall: a really nice and romantic set up (even to propose, wedding venue, or else) for couples or a bunch of friends / family; if you need some time off to relax and enjoy yourself: definitely THE place to be - I couldn‘t think of a better place to stay after a few weeks of traveling around.
