Beds comfortable and warm. Breakfast had a wide range food western and Chinese. Also it seemed to have a quiet area for eating breakfast. The views from the windows were great. Facilities what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Very clean hotel. It was a perfect hotel experience.

Only 600 metres from Harbin Railway Station, Fairfield by Marriott Harbin Downtown features comfy accommodation with free wired internet access. It offers a business centre and a tour desk. Coolest hotel. They had robots running around, Staff new english, rooms were beautiful and felt very new. Bathroom was neat, Window curtins were motorized which I loved. The room offered safty masks and flash lights which I thought was a nice touch. The whole vibe and lighting and style, was all lovely. The free toothbrush and magnet was the best! I really loved the magnet!!! Great price by the way.

I booked 5 nites with Atour Harbin Museum with 2 bookings. I arrived around 9pm, I gave them my both confirmation bookings with Booking.com that booked a couple of months ahead. They insisted that they couldn't find my reservation and blamed Booking.com never confirmed with them. It is high season in Harbin now with the ice festival. They wanted the two rooms for more money and declined my booking. I was totally in shock as it was almost 10pm at nite and it was so difficult to get another hotel with a decent price. So we ended up with a far away hotel. Luckily our driver was willing to wait for us. They said they were totally sold out so I cancelled my booking the next day they claimed it was never confirmed. The hotel put it back on the market for triple the price. Do not book with Atour Harbin Museum hotel, very unethical business practice. It has never happened with me before as I m a VIP Genis member with Booking.com. They got back to me later said I was confirmed for the rooms but the hotel was a fault bumped me for higher price booking.

The property was very classy and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Every morning they have a new special they bring to the tables for guests to try. We would wake up earlier to fully enjoy breakfast! The tub was luxurious too. And the rooms weren’t too hot, our friends at other hotels complained their rooms were too hot.

The hotel staff food and rooms were totally amazing! You actually felt like you were a valued client. All of the staff was very helpful and understanding of needs and worked very hard to make me comfortable.
