Set in Guilin and with Guilin Railway Station reachable within 600 metres, Travel light Guilin offers concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and a... English-speaking owners who are most welcoming. They helped me with booking the boat trip and all my enquiries. Rooms are quite big and clean. All in all: Great stay.

Located in Yangshuo, The Bamboo Leaf Yangshuo offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly with good English, they explained to us all the attractions and places to visit. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. They also arranged us transportation back to the train station to Guillin. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nasa kahabaan ng Taohua River, ipinagmamalaki ng Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel ang Chinese-style courtyard at matatagpuan ito sa Lujia Village, dalawang kilometro lang mula sa downtown Guilin. The location of this hotel is well situated on the outskirts of Guilin city. It has several attractions within a walkable distance, such as Reed Flute Cave, but it is also a drivable within an hour and a half to major tourist sites like Longji rice terraces to the north and Yangshou county to the south. It is also within a cozy village, and we explored the local restaurants in the first day. The friendly owner of the establishment went above and beyond in service, responded through text quickly to arrange private tours to the places we wanted to go. We were picked up from the train station when we arrived at Guilin and transported back at the end of the trip. Breakfast options range from homemade local guilin rice noodles with fruit to a more western style option if preferred. Bed was comfortable with working wifi and AC. I was expecially impressed by the small things, how when we came back from a long day of touring the owner would always have fresh fruit waiting for us, how the towels and complimentary water would be refilled and waiting for us on our return, and how we were given a bag with snacks and other items for our trip home. If you are looking for a relaxed, local experience with good service that serves as a base to set off to see all Guilin has to offer, then I can't recommend this place enough.

The atmosphere was picturesque. The staff was very friendly and helpful. you are able to wash and dry your clothes. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food in their restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended

Surrounded amidst impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. We instantly felt at home, the staff is the nicest we have ever come across. Great command over english as well! Especially Kate was so helpful and went out of her way to even show us local food in her favorite place in Yangshuo. - Great location - Rooms are exceptional with a great view and fully equiped with tea and kettle - Restaurant food is also very good (just had chinese and snacks)

Li River Resort is situated on the west bank of Li River and offers a relaxing retreat in Chinese-style accommodation. Amazing location and stunning views from the balcony!

Makikita sa gitna ng mga bamboo forest at bukirin, ang Riverside Retreat Hotel ay nakatanaw sa magandang tubig ng Li River. Such a beautiful room, very clean and spacious. The bed was really big and comfy, the terrace was spacious and the view to the mountains just felt amazing. Craig is such an amazing host, very careful and helpful, he told me everything I needed to know, shared and suggested places to visit, also kindly arranged the scooter. Couldn’t ask for more, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Nasa tapat mismo ng Two Rivers and Four Lakes, ang Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, ay matatagpuan sa city center. Location is quiet but within walking distance to the attractions and main streets. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and artwork. They also helped us organize the driver and tours/Li River Cruise. Everything was top notch. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a more relaxed experience in Guilin.
