Hotel Eierhals am Ägerisee features a lakeside position in the Ägeri Valley in Central Switzerland, offering a restaurant with terrace, a garden and a spa area. Everything! The view of the lake and the mountains was sensational. The bed was so comfortable & the room was clean. I left my jacket behind and they contacted me quickly to make a plan to get it back.

Located right in the centre of Menzingen, the Hotel Ochsen is only a 10-minute drive away from Zug. It features a flat-screen TV and an internet terminal in every room, which can be used for free. Food was really nice - enjoyed breakfast and evening meals here. Also - I had very early start for flight from Zurich airport and special breakfast was prepared and left near the room for me.

Built in 1543, this hotel in the centre of Zug accommodated famous guests like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, yet it offers modern amenities like free internet and air-conditioning. Location nd breakfast were excellent. The front desk, Andy and a woman whose name I don't know, were very helpful. I will recommend the hotel to future visitors to Zug. I have stayed at the park many times; prefer the Ochsen.

The Guggital Hotel Restaurant offers an extraordinary view over the roofs of Zug towards the lake, and is far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the city.
