The view of the lake and the mountains was sensational. The bed was so comfortable & the room was clean. I left my jacket behind and they contacted me quickly to make a plan to get it back.

Personel and manager were very helpful, communicative and with excellent approach to the client. They helped us in organizing excursions. They answered to all our questions regarding Zug. They informed us well about transport possibilities in the City and surrounding and about interesting places.

The City Garden Hotel is situated next to a green park, within walking distance from the commercial districts and only 3 minutes from the city centre of Zug. Great hotel, great staff, great location.
