Ottima ed unica location direttamente sul lago con una vista incantevole. Ricca colazione (non mancava nulla). Abbiamo mangiato molto bene anche nel loro ristorante

Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. Posizione, pulizia,gentilezza. Sono stata accolta benissimo con un gran sorriso!! Colazione ottima e abbondante,,letto molto comodo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Comfortable bed(s). Large shower room with hand/hair/body wash. Balcony with lake view (did pay extra for balcony room) was great to sit out on. Friendly and courteous staff - reception and cleaners and at breakfast. My birthday was during the stay - lovely touch of food and drink in the room when came back that evening! Very good location for the lake, museums, park and places to eat and drink.

Everything. Returning there for third time. Location, very very clean, super friendly and helpful personell , comfortable beds, nice smell throughout hotel. Plenty of small details that counts and gives you feeling that hotel is run by professionals

Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The host was able to accommodate my every request, he even went out of his way to help me sort my onward journey. Truly exceptional service
