We loved it so much! The room and view were amazing, bed comfortable and the staff were so lovely and gave us good tips for what to do! Easy to park, beautiful walks around the hotel and it had such a beautiful outdoor area for breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10 from us!

Well maintained and clean. We had the large upstairs family room to sleep four. Cold at night, with large comforters. Views of the town and Swiss countryside are amazing. Cows and Cow Bell sounds are everywhere. Food in restaurant was very good.

Very cute but small hotel in the heart of Appenzell. Very well taken care of, renovated and very clean. Small rooms but practical and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with very high quality of products and great presentation. Really a gem, sparkling clean and beautiful all over.

Beautiful interior. The family suit was georges. Breakfast is very tasty. The location is perfect but mostly we like the stuff. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the lady with short hair who waited for us until we arrived. Also we send lots of greetings to a very kind and nice lady with glasses who is in charge of the breakfast. If we ever visit again this area we will definitely come back
