Set 300 metres from the Gais Train Station and 6 km from Appenzell, Hotel Krone Gais features a traditional Swiss restaurant. This place is charming! Decorated in a lovely way, the staff made us feel very welcomed and we had a great time there.

In the centre of Herisau and a 6-minute train ride from Sankt Gallen, the 3-star superior Hotel Herisau was completely renovated in 2016 and provides a sauna, a fitness centre and a restaurant serving... The hotel, room and staff was really nice. We had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was also very good. While the city is a bit dead, it brings you in range of some magnificent mountains. It was a perfect "pit-stop" for our trip through europe.

The Hotel Heiden is situated in the centre of the Biedermeier village of Heiden and offers a wonderful panorama view over Lake Constance, only 15 minutes from St. This is 4th time we come here. Really peaceful, close to transportation, nice restaurant at the hotel. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Beautiful lake View from swimming pool and hotel restaurant is priceless.
