We had a great time at Gasthaus zum Bauernhof where the old-time charm is mixed with modern functionality. Spacious and clean rooms, comfy decoration, easy parking, big terrace - anything that you might want to enjoy at the hotel. The restaurant deserves a special attention - it’s definitely worth going there. We went for the full menu and were absolutely not disappointed. The home-made bread was a great addition to our dinner, not to mention a good wine list. We would definitely come back!

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The staff and owners are absolutely amazingly friendly and do everything to make your stay comfortable. The rooms and restaurant are ultra clean and show great pride in small details of decor to meet your needs. It is by far the best place to stay definitely will come back and highly recommend to anyone.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and quiet. Rechille was very kind and helpful and always had a smile on her face and even gave me a free late checkout as I had to wait for my partner to finish work. We had only five days and we wanted to visit the central and northern areas of the country - the hotel's location was perfect for that purpose - up to one hour drive to Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, Bern, etc. The hotel is modernly designed and very quiet, with a good breakfast, free parking, and nice staff.
