Met some wonderful people as well, both staff and other guests. There’s no wifi in the tents which is great, and wifi in the lodge if you need it. The service was fantastic. Overall, I had the best stay. I would come back here time and time again.

Located on Pigeon Mountain, this resort features a pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. A fireplace and a balcony with mountain views are offered in cottages. Lake Louise is 1 hour’s drive away. Everything! Great location, great staff and facilities. Cabins are massive, have great views and the lodge games room and pool was great fun for our kids. Warm, cosy, plenty of space. Kitchen and bbq patio excellent. We are really loved it and were sad to leave.

You can also wash (est. $2) clothes and dry (free) them if you need. The hostel is set in a wooden house, and it also adds a lot to its vibe :).
