I loved the bed: individual lights, plugs for phone (with a little shelf) and a curtain for privacy. There were even two lockers per guest.

Situated in Kota Kinabalu, less than 1 km from Filipino Market Sabah, ACJ Residence @ Beside Cititel Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Hotel doesn’t quite have a usual front desk, but this isn’t an issue at all… we were easily able to check in and very quickly be settled into our room even arriving 2:00 AM in dead of night after our flight. The room is superbly cleaned and very comfortable. Hotel staff are very reachable, responsive, and accommodating every need. About 3x the normal tea and coffee for use in the room (which I liked). Though we didn’t need it I was also happy to have the option for parking and baggage storage.

Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.

struttura sopra la media per Sandakan. edificio più moderno degli altri si trova accanto al centro commerciale, proprio sul mare comodo punto d’appoggio per i tour nel borneo. personale super cortese e sempre disponibile. camera di dimensioni non super comode se si hanno due valigie grosse. con zaini meglio. bagno carino per gli standard della città e il prezzo non ci possiamo lamentare. è l’hotel forse più europeo dell città. i turisti sono molti. la colazione non è molto da europei, ma ci si arrangia.

Si tratta del classico hotel economico di buona qualità che si trova nel Sabah. Senza indulgere in lussi troverete tutto quello che serve: letti comodi, doccia funzionale, the e caffè con distributore di acqua calda e fredda nella sala comune, un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata e un wi fi stabile e potente, tra i migliori del nostro viaggio nel Borneo. La struttura è a due passi dal waterfront, dove ci sono diversi locali carini, affacciati sul mare, in cui cenare o bere qualcosa.

We stayed for 3 nights at Nepenthes Suite. We were given the very last unit facing the forest in the Park. The room was spacious and very clean. Amenities provided was sufficient except that the pantry area was a bit small. We enjoyed the experience of the fireplace being lit up, and it was very very cold during our stay there. Breakfast spread was good except that we got a little bored of the same menu almost everyday..Taste wise, the nasi lemak was good, the noodles tasted delicious too. We enjoyed the Sabah Tea very much
