I was warmly welcomed by the staff and owner/ manager, all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. The location is exceptional, central on the river with 5-10 min walk to all Lovech attractions. The room was quiet, spotlessly clean with fantastic view of the covered bridge. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge and plenty of power sockets. The inclusive breakfast options were very good. At weekends the hotel has live music, the pianist was fantastic and the atmosphere in the restuarant was vibrant, friendly and relaxing. I ate in the restuarant both nights of my stay, there is plenty of choice from the menu and the food is very good. All round excellent service. Great value.
