Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

I liked absolutely everything: friendly and helpful staff, well-groomed territory, wonderful spa!😊😊😊 The hotel has 5 pools: 2 outside, one with hot water for winter swimming and 3 inside in the SPA area, one of which can be used for a fee, as it is located in the massage area. Delicious and varied breakfasts in the restaurant, polite waiters.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice, friendly staff. This is exactly what we were looking for after five very intense days in Barcelona.. The 3 days we were there, we spent in the hotel, soaking in the hot spring pool. We received an upgrade on our arrival as well. Overall a nice experience & already recommended to our friends.
