Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Recently stayed at Hot Springs Medical resort and SPA and it was a delight. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat. we have experienced massage services for all our big family, Catherine. Daniela and man ( unfortunately forgotten his name) perform very good services. The breakfast was not only delicious but also varied. The room was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Kudos to the attentive staff. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I really enjoyed my stay at Amira Hotel. The staff was great, they helped me on every issue, including surprise for my wife in the room and even paying for the parking ticket I got in Bansko. It is possible to buy a ski pass at the hotel reception (only in cash). This hotel has a very good spa area and a good breakfast. Very beautiful and quiet hotel.

Restaurangen serverar en traditionell lokal frukost, och hotellet erbjuder bastu och massage. it’s a small and cozy hotel, the room was way better than the pictures, comfort beds, hot water, the room was warm all day and night, the breakfast was good, homemade jams with fruits from their garden, the two man that was there was so so kind, they even gave us a sled to use in the snow. Quiet location, walking distance from lift, shops, etc, in general it was very good our stay. I totally recommend it!

We liked absolutely everything, It is like being at home and back to childhood when you wake up with a beautiful sunlight in a warm cozy room, and the only thing you have to do is to go and play outside. Beds are comfy, shower is hooooot, the view is one of a kind. Host are people you want to take care of you.
