Matatagpuan ang Hotel Monarch sa Elbasan. Available ang libreng WiFi access. May flat-screen TV, air conditioning, at minibar ang bawat kuwarto rito. We liked the good size of the room and it's modern but old style feel at the same time. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the city as well as a large space to spread out. We did like the upstairs bar and lounge area for morning coffee and relaxing.
