Gardens all around and lots of places to sit and enjoy.

In the middle of the rice fields, with stunning views. Rooms are nicely decorated, very good AC which is is really needed! Common rooms are lovely, outdoor pool which is refreshing. Staff speaks fluent English and are always willing to help. Breakfast is great. Bikes available to rent for free, Mua viewpoint 10 mins cycling.

La colazione buona. letti comodi. bungalow troppo carini in un contesto meraviglioso e romantico. Noleggio scooter 150k dong al giorno lavanderia 120k dong ottimi servizi. Comunicazione con la struttura prima e durante perfetta. al nostro arrivo era tutto pronto. Anna ha organizzato il nostro transfer dall'aeroporto alla struttura. Arrivati ci ha dato la camera e lo scooter indispensabile per muoversi nei dintorni. Ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c'è da sapere sul luogo. Durante uno spostamento abbiamo forato, fortunatamente siamo riusciti ad arrivare al parcheggio della pagoda che volevamo visitare. Anna è venuta fin lì, ha lasciato uno scooter funzionante ed ha portato via quello con la ruota forata. il tutto metre noi visitavamo tranquillamente. Al nostro ritorno al parcheggio era già tutto sistemato. Eccezionale! Il secondo giorno ha piovuto e ci hanno dato ombrello e 2 impermeabili per lo scooter. Colazione al sacco quando siamo andati via presto al mattino. Tutto perfetto. Grazie mille

7 km dal Tempio di Bai Dinh. Il Trang An Memory Homestay offre un ristorante, una piscina all'aperto, un bar e un salone in comune. Everything! The homestay is run by a lovely couple and despite not speaking English, they made sure I felt like home. We communicated through google translate and managed to agree on everything we needed. I arrived very early in the mornig with the sleeper bus from Ha Giang and although it was still night, they came to check me in and let me to my room to have a few hours sleep. Since it's a bit remote place from the hustle and bustle of Tam coc and Ninh Binh, I always ate at the property, and the food was always delicious, and so were the breakfasts. The room was equipped with everything I needed, it was clean, comfortable and spatious. I could even use the air con as a heater since the days were a bit cold. So far it has been the best place I stayed in Vietnam and the owners are extremely nice. I enjoyed the peace and calm of the location, the sunny terrace and borrowed a bike to explore the area. When the weather is hot, there is a swiming pool to use with sunbeds as well. I will definitely come back when I am back in Vietnam. It's a great place to relax and get some energy! Thank you very much again for such a nice time and hopefully see you again soon.

Questo è stato il mio secondo soggiorno qui a Ninh Binh! La proprietaria, insieme a tutto lo staff, si sono dimostrati gentili e premurosi nei miei confronti. Sono Arrivato con uno sleeping bus da Sa Pa e mi sono presentato nella struttura alle ore 5am. Una volta li sono stato accolto e mi sono state date le chiavi della mia camera con notevole anticipo. Il sorriso è di casa e ritornare qui dopo una giornata in giro è davvero un bel sollievo. I letti sono comodissimi, il bagno pulito e la cucina è ottima. Nonostante non tutte le donne parlino un inglese fluente si riesce tranquillamente a comunicare, il tutto accompagnato da sorrisi sinceri. Bici e scooter disponibili in struttura Spero di ritornare!

We came for a weekend getaway after Tết. This was our second stay and they have been really consistent. The staff are friendly, attentive and try to make sure that guests have as comfortable a time as possible. The pool is clean, so are the rooms and the beds are comfy. Down a medium-sized alley, taking a car from the train station one would merely have to walk about 200meters with one right turn to get to the homestay. From the main road you are near the boats, restaurants, shops and pharmacies so it is conveniently located for being away from the noise ( Tam Coc is fairly tranquil already). Bicycles are available to rent and if you did want to ride a motorbike they can organize that too. Their breakfast time-window runs longer than most homestays and like all decent hotels you can safely leave your bags at reception after checkout if you still need to buy curios or galavant around. There are many nice places to stay in and around Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, but if you want to be centrally located in Tam Coc, crave solace and want a reasonable price for all the comforts, then this is the place to book.

The team could not do enough for you and it was super clean. Great quiet location and the pool was a lovely bonus.

This was the most amazing place to stay. It's in a beautiful area, quiet and calm, 10 minute walk to town/restaurants. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, pool huge and perfect temperature, breakfasts tasty(bring an appetite), shower separate in bathroom which was nice, bikes on site to rent and the owner is kind and helpful and lovely. We extended our stay by 2 days because we felt so comfortable. Picture is view from pool.

Green Mountain was one of the best places we stayed during our 3.5 week Vietnam holiday. Our Balinese style bungalow was spacious, clean and well appointed. There was a wide range of food options on the menu and the beer was ice cold. The pool was fantastic for relaxing during the heat of Ninh Binh summer days.
