This is commonly called a tiny home, new and compact. The mattress is foam and a bit stiff but comfortable. All the windows including the glass door have a blackout roller shade so you can sleep in. There's a double bed for adults and two bunk beds. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, a tiny sink and an incinerator toilet which is very interesting. I think they're planning on changing to a more traditional flush toilet. It's quiet and comfortable. The view is very nice, and the walk around the peninsula is outstanding. Relaxing. Excellent host, very friendly.

Inside there were super comfortable bunk beds, all necessary kitchen equipment, 2 chairs and a table and even space for wardrobe. The space is used in a very efficient way. Highly recommend, I bet it's even better during the summer!
