Hotellets ansatte var svært imøtekommende, og ga oss god informasjon om fasilitetene når vi sjekket inn. Hadde booket massasje på forhånd, som ble utført på hotellrommet, anbefales! Booket også privat Onsen samme kveld før middag, var vel verdt opplevelsen! Brukte også felles Onsen morgenen etter, som også var veldig fint.
