Staff is helpful, their level of English is great, and the restaurant (where breakfast is also served) is a great way to relax after a full day out. The main factors are “location”, “value”, and “amenities and services”. The hotel is right next to traditional shopping areas, Yu Garden, and few other touristy areas. It is also a walking distance to the Huang Pu River area. Although the timing was not right, December was quite cold and windy. But we really enjoyed the walk.
