The Lord Byron Inn is a charming pub that dates back to the 17th century. It has a restaurant, free Wi-Fi, and offers guest accommodation just over 2 miles south of Cambridge city centre. Excellent location, very quiet. Good size room which was wonderfully warm when we arrived on a very cold day with snow and ice everywhere. The staff were very friendly, especially Alan who runs an excellent establishment. Fabulous atmosphere and good quality food on the menu. The breakfast was substantial and brought to us with a cheery smile each morning. Great biscuits supplied with tea, coffee and hot chocolate! Plenty of car parking available.

Em Cambridge, a cerca de 20 km de Universidade de Cambridge, Golden Ball Hotel apresenta um bar, quartos não fumador e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. The breakfast options were good, but we had cereal and toast, just right. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the main meal options promised 'confit of duck' was not available, but we had a nice alternative. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable situated in a rural landscape with lovely thatched buildings about. Parking was excellent and all within easy access to the motorway and Cambridge.
