The staff was one of the kindest I've ever met. I am a wheelchair user and I requested specific details regarding space, toilet, and bathroom accessibility, and everything was clearly described and available as soon as I got there. The staff also helped me to store one equipment that I had to rent for my needs. There is a ramp at the back door of the restaurant, and I could access all facilities. Besides that, the hotel was really cozy, clean, and silent. Just a few minutes' walk away, you have access to the Wellcome Genome Campus. The breakfast is amazing! It's really worth tasting the Royal one, with spinach, eggs, and smoked salmon. Dinner is also good!

A wonderful location, thoughtfully decorated cottage, very clean and welcoming and the bed was so comfy. Really appreciated the little extras (cakes, breakfast food and juices). One night wasnt enough ; especially since the restaurant wasnt open that day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the choice of coffee and teas etc. Complimentary bottle of water was nice. Breakfast was really good. Could order from the menu. Had a full English which was great. Coffee made fresh and had a good assortment of bread and pastries and juice. Staff were really nice. Was a nice stay.
