Работаем на рынке посуточной сдачи квартир более восемнадцати лет. Хорошо знаем потребности гостей, что позволяет максимально комфортно организовать поселение, проживание и выселение .

Двухкомнатные апартаменты , класса "Люкс", в самом центре города, в тихом месте. Вся необходимая инфраструктура . При выходе со двора - большой супермаркет "Сильпо". В двух минутах ходьбы - Центральный рынок. Рядом Мореходная академия, Областная больница. Квартира расположена на четвертом этаже кирпичного пятиэтажного элитного дома у Центрального проспекта ( Проспект Ушакова), Центральной площади (Площадь Свободы). От проезжей части дом отделяет пешеходная зона, обрамленная деревьями. Через дорогу от дома находится охраняемая автостоянка. На первом этаже дома - банкомат. Наши гости отмечают особый стиль и уют квартиры. Чистота - это наш стиль. Спальные места очень удобные . На кровати - ортопедический матрац. Диван раскладывается легко. На балконе можно уютно расположиться для того, чтобы выпить чашечку кофе. Остановка общественного транспорта находится при выходе со двора.
