Please note that all guests must present the credit card used to secure the reservation during check-in. Confirmation of ownership will be made upon presentation of an official identification document. If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a credit card different from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used for guarantee.
