Nestled in the cool climate of Genting Highlands Hotel features a casino, a spa, fitness centre and modern guestrooms. It operates a 24-hour front desk and provides daily housekeeping service. Elegantly furnished, rooms come with carpet flooring, a work desk, in-room safe, a fan and seating area. A flat-screen satellite TV, telephone and electric kettle are also included. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
- Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature
- Copy of cardholder's credit card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. For security reasons, credit cards used for non-refundable bookings must be presented upon check-in.
