TRANSFER POLICY: Speedboat transfer is mandatory to be arranged from the Resort, outdoor or own transfer is prohibited. Mandatory roundtrip speedboat transfer rate: Adult USD 250 net per person (15 years & over) children (maximum 2, under 15 years) - Complimentary. Third child onwards USD 125 net per child (2–15 years).

No drone policy: Due to safety and privacy concerns all in-house guest are prohibited from operating unmanned aerial systems or drones, on or above the resort by any of our guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists.

Child policy: Child discount– “children Stay, Play and Eat for free” until 31 October 2025. - Children from 2–14.99 years old will stay for free in a room shared with 2 full paying adults (Green Tax of USD 6.00 per child per night will be charged) - Children from 2-14.99 years old will eat for free based on the rules meal-plan accompanied adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. - Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid. 15 years and above will be charged as an adult.

Payment Policy: Payment before arrival via bank transfer or via IPG payment link is required.
