Very modern and clean hostel in perfect location just outside the old quarter. Staff were amazing! We stayed as we did the Ha Giang Loop with Bong, and it was the best experience I've had in South East Asia. If you want a fun and exciting tour with an appropriately sized group (20 people was spot on), forget about the other hostels you see, go with Bong and you will not regret it!

It is possible to do everything on foot (restaurant, attraction, visits, etc.). The hostel is clean and the staff is welcoming and always ready to help. In particular, you can count on Zo, at the reception who will give you all the good advice. The rooftop offers an incredible view of Hanoi and beer is offered from 7am to 8am!

Actually we were sent to another property (closeby) of the hostel as this one was full. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything during our whole stay. They brought us to the other premise with scooters. The rooms were big and comfy - only glass doors/walls to the bathroom but hey, it's usual in Vietnam. Breakfast was great and the aircon was working well in the warm.
