I was booked in the private room here, but the day before my arrival date they alerted me that the room would not be available and that they had organised for me to stay at another guesthouse for the same price. The guesthouse was lovely and was an upgrade from what I had booked with Barn Laos. The process was painless and easy, so I give them a 10 for how they handled the situation! thank you!

Staff very nice and available for any question. Breakfast with lots of choices and good. One free drink (coffee and tea) for each night of your stay.
