Excellent customer service skills and abilities by the receptionist Denis who has the ability just 1 person to attend to a great number of guests at this hostel, and deliver a good job and focus on each and every single customer that I find incredible! The hostel is located in the safest area in Guatemala city that is clean, close to amenities, shops, and restaurants and most importantly at a very short distance from the international airport which make it ideal if you want to catch a flight, as in my case. The hostel is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable and quiet hours are kept in this hostel which make it very easy to rest and have a good night's sleep. Hostel has a lounge and kitchen which is the cleanest I have seen in a hostel up to now. The breakfast that had been served included pancakes with syrup that have been absolutely delicious! The hostel overexceeded my expectations and will definitely be booking this again in the future. If you are looking for a comfortable , safe stay with great customer service and close to the international airport then, this hostel is highly recommended by me.

Featuring a garden, Global Airport Inn FREE Shuttle offers rooms in Guatemala, 3.9 km from Popol Vuh Museum and 4.4 km from Miraflores Museum. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations for safe places to eat and organised shuttles. Great place to stay if you have an early flight.

Life Builders is a Christian mission renting out rooms to care for their widows and orphans program. Everything. Super close to the airport, the staff was amazing, super clean!

First of all, incredibly affordable, you really get a lot for your buck! While it is listed as a hostel, the premises were beyond my expectations. The room had its own bathroom, the linen was very good quality, crisp, sparkling white ánd neat. It felt luxurious. The staff..made this place 5 star! They were efficient, incredibly helpful ànd friendly. I observed they treated each guest with care and genuine interest in our comfort. the free breakfast and coffee all day was a delicious added bonus! Special shout out to Juan Pablo, Edgardo and the ladies..they are true professionals in this industry! They went out of their way to make my stay Amazingly comfortable and relaxing!! They run this place like a well oiled machine!!! Thank you greatly!
