It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The decor and facilities like new and the staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. Best place to stay in Puerto Natales. The staff at this hostel are fantastic, really helpful and friendly. The facilities are great too. There is free tea and coffee in the kitchen and porridge at breakfast time. The reception area is very nicely decorated, feels like a ski lodge. And there's also cards, games and books. We used the equipment rental for our W Trek and everything was of high quality. They also stored our luggage for the 5 days free of charge. The location is less than 10min walk from the main square and the bus station which was perfect.

The staff were incredibly helpful, going well beyond expectations, for example helping us navigate the Torres del Paine website to buy passes. The hostel is well situated in the old town and has all the facilities we needed.
